About Me:
My name is Ernest Kwok and I am 25 years old. I am a qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coach and Swimming Coach. I graduated from Durham University in 2021 and have been coaching since then. I am passionate about S&C because I believe it serves a crucial role in helping athletes reach their fullest potential both on and off the court.
Experience:
Prior to joining APA, I coached at Durham University (Swimming, Triathlon and Olympic Weightlifting), Millfield School and also at Hillingdon Swimming Club. In my spare time, I enjoy lifting, reading and playing lacrosse.
