About Me:
My name is James Eade. I’m 24 years old and have completed an undergraduate and post graduate degree at the University of Essex.
Experience:
I have worked as a full-time strength & conditioning coach for APA since March 2021, and prior to that have been operating my own private Karate school. I also have my own experiences competing in elite sport as a former Karate England National Team representative.
I am passionate about working with youth athletes and using the LTAD model to develop a clear pathway for young athletes to reach their potential.
