About Me:
My name is Konstantinos “Kostas” Tsitmidellis and I am 28 years old, originally from Greece. I completed my BSc degree in Sport Science specialising in Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation. In 2020 I decided to pursue my passion for athletic performance and moved to England, where I completed my MSc degree in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Loughborough.
Experience:
I have been working as a strength & conditioning coach with APA since September 2022 and became the Lead S&C coach at WimX Tennis Academy in September 2023.
Prior to my role at APA, I coached a number of different sports including youth footballers and sprinters. I personally enjoy lifting weights while also developing the same athletic qualities in myself that I also train in my athletes.
