About me:
My name is Max Linsell, and I am 22 years old. I completed my BSc in Sport, Health, and Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth. I then further developed my knowledge by completing an MSc in Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation at the same university.
Experience:
I have been working with APA since July 2024. My previous experience in coaching includes Football Coaching, Gymnastics Coaching, and Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Coaching, working with athletes in Squash, Futsal, and Football. Prior to joining APA, I worked with Portsmouth Football Club’s Academy, where I delivered S&C sessions to athletes ranging from the Under-9s to the Under-18s squads. My focus has always been on helping athletes maximise their physical performance and reach their full potential.
